OP Elite expects our coaches to care about the development of kids. This means both as players and people. All OP Elite coaches are held to a high standard. We want our coaches to match the commitment we expect from players/parents.

OP Elite expects parents to have their kids at all practices and games early. For practices, this means 5-10 minutes and for games this means 20-30 minutes. We fully understand everyone has commitments other then basketball. If you know your child has to be late or miss an event, please contact the coach in advance. Last, but most important, be positive.  Basketball is competitive but it's also supposed to be fun. As a parent, please come to the games and encourage!

OP Elite knows that players have different skills, athletic abilities, and commitment the game. With that being said, we expect all of our players to come ready to work hard, be positive, and show respect.
